Before you start

App availability and exact menus can vary by model, region, and software version.

Keep the order email open so you can copy the details without changing characters.

If an app asks for a playlist, use the M3U URL or Xtream Codes details supplied.

For support, always include the same email address used for the order.

If setup stalls, send the device model, app name, and the step where it failed. That context usually saves several support messages.

Ready to continue?

Once the app is installed, add the plan details from your order and test the channels you care about most.

Copy setup details exactly. Extra spaces, missing characters, or the wrong portal field are the most common avoidable setup issues.
